Below is a letter from Yuriy Ustinov WPC/WPO Russian President about his meet in Russia this September. I encourage all International lifters who have never competed in the WPO to go to Yuri's contest. If you want to lift in the Arnold Classic WPO Super Open Finals, then you must be in Finland at the WPO European Semifinals. All European/International lifters who have already lifted in the WPO can just show up to the WPO European Semifinals in Helsinki. All new lifters need to qualify beforehand to go to WPO European Semifinals. The qualifying totals needed are listed on (worldpowerlifting.org). The only way for Europeans to get to the Arnold Classic is to come in the Top 5 at either Lwt,Mwt,Hwt,SHW Classes at WPO European Semifinals. Any lifter American/International who came in the Top 5 at this past 2005 Arnold Classic has an automatic invite back Columbus without having to do the WPO Semifinals.
